Lombard Trophy Qualifier
When we advertise the Lombard trophy qualifier, you know the season has arrived. The Lombard Trophy is Europes largest Pro Am, made up of Club Pros and one Amateur playing partner from each club around the continent.
How does it work?
Each participating club nominate their qualifying round, ours being Saturday 5th April 2014. Your usual entry is required plus an extra £2.00 to enter yourself for the Lombard Trophy qualifier. The leading score from all who entered will qualify to compete in this globally recognised event with a prize fund totalling £80,000.
The qualifier.
There are 4 qualifying venues within the North region, all of which are on separate days. Following the club qualifier, the winner will be announced and the best date can be discussed. Our 4 options are;
Thursday 5th June - Fulford Golf Club
Thursday 19th June - Pleasington Golf Club
Monday 7th July - Lindrick Golf Club and
Friday 25th July - Dunham Forest Golf Club
The Final.
After succeeding through the regional qualifier, the final will be held at The Kings course, The Gleneagles Hotel, Perthshire on Tuesday 2nd & Wednesday the 3rd September. All expenses are paid. For those who enter the club qualifier, best of Luck! It will be the best £2.00 you ever spend!

Mark Smith Golf Classic 2014

Tee time booking system
A "tee slot" booking sheet will be introduced shortly (Sundays only) so that members can reserve the 1st tee. This is an attempt to allow members to gain priority access to the course and hopefully ease some of the issues seen last year with visitors/societies playing on Sundays. The tee slot booking will be managed through the Pro Shop.
